La FCT a soutenu le Laboratoire de solutions pour un logement inclusif de L'Arche Canada en tant que membre de sa communauté de pratique nationale. Le laboratoire sur le logement s'est posé la question suivante: " Comment pouvons-nous travailler ensemble pour nous assurer que tout le monde - y compris les personnes ayant une déficience intellectuelle - dispose d'un logement abordable et accessible qui favorise un sentiment d'appartenance et un lien avec la communauté ? La TCF a été en mesure de montrer comment les propriétés confessionnelles peuvent jouer un rôle important dans le développement de logements inclusifs. FINANCER
Le Laboratoire de solutions en matière de logement inclusif a été financé par la SCHL et s'est terminé en novembre 2022. Le travail sur les solutions issues du Laboratoire de solutions pour le logement inclusif se poursuit.
GÉRER
Le laboratoire de solutions de logement inclusif a été organisé par L'Arche Canada et s'est déroulé à Fredericton et à Saint John, au Nouveau-Brunswick. Partout au Canada et dans le monde, L'Arche crée des communautés d'amitié et d'appartenance. À L'Arche, les personnes avec et sans déficience intellectuelle vivent, travaillent, apprennent et grandissent ensemble.
ASSEMBLE
TCF supported L'Arche Canada's Inclusive Housing Solutions Lab as a member of their National Community of Practice. The Housing Lab asked, "how can we work together to ensure that everyone – including persons with intellectual disabilities, has an affordable and accessible home that supports a sense of belonging and connection to the community?" FUND
The Inclusive Housing Solutions Lab was funded by CMHC and concluded in November 2022. Work on the solutions from the Inclusive Housing Solutions Lab continues.
OPERATE
The Inclusive Housing Solutions Lab was convened by L'Arche Canada and conducted in Fredericton and Saint John, New Brunswick. Across Canada and around the world, L’Arche creates communities of friendship and belonging. In L’Arche, people with and without intellectual disabilities live, work, learn, and grow together.
